Meet the Race Committee and the Owen Churchill at “SS”
mark April 19 to start off the 2006 Sunset Series. The Sunset Series
runs every Wednesday from April 19 to September 6 (no races
August 2 and August 9).
We are again planning for 6 racing classes and 2 cruising
classes starting at five-minute intervals from 5:55 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
After the racing each
Wednesday, participants gather at CYC for libations, BBQ, and
camaraderie. Again this year, US
Sailing Judge Art Engel will present a series of informal chalk talks explaining
those rules of interest to the racers. You can e-mail rules questions

September 13 will end the
summer season with the race off to see who will win the King of the Hill
trophy.
